From our desk research, data-deep dives and practical sparring sessions, we get to know your ideal client as well as we can.
Wireframe & concept
We translate the userflows into wireframes. With these, we define the structure of the website. Think of it as the skeleton. Meanwhile, we translate the brand identity into a digital-first design and bring it to life in the wireframes. This is the time to test our ideas, preferably among the target group itself.
Digital design & UX
A distinctive design takes your brand experience to the next level. But does it also deliver conversions? We are going to find that balance. Once the concept and wireframes are agreed upon, we will build a design system in which all elements, modules and content come together into one logical and coherent experience.

How do we collect data for userflows?
We get to know your target audience from insights gained from sparring sessions and desk research. We also do competitive research and dive into analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar. In this way, we create user flows that are user-friendly, intuitive and effective.
How do you work out the digital design system?
We don't dive straight into the code. We first think out the concept and the prototype in Figma, our go-to design tool where you as a customer can also easily give feedback. Only when the wireframes and the design system are solid will we start building the website. We do that in WordPress.
Can my own marketing specialist, team or agency provide input?
We ourselves specialize in the digital approach. However, we are happy to be your guide to look for the right match within our network in order to approach the project integrally with a focus on digital.
I don't have a corporate identity yet or want to upgrade, can you help?
We specialize in the digital approach. But of course we won't send you back empty-handed. We are happy to search our network for a partner who matches you as a customer and us as a digital supplier.
How can we be sure that the design system will work?
A website or campaign is never finished. Moreover, we like a pragmatic approach. In fact, the journey only begins after going live. We make non-stop adjustments based on new insights we gain from the market, the website and campaigns. We always look for shortcuts to test our ideas, so that we can get back on track if the shortcut turns out to be a dead end.
