We switch non-stop with YoungOnes, making it technically possible to anticipate change instantly. The website is structured to be essentially a scalable multi-site, with systems and modules instantly available for new audiences and languages.

That scalability is the key to success for YoungOnes. The website plays an important role in this: the central point of campaigns, from where both target groups - freelancers and companies - land and continue their route. The right signage is then essential: everyone must find what they are looking for as quickly and easily as possible. Such a website is therefore never finished. Non-stop analyzing, brainstorming, prioritizing and optimizing, with the aim of serving these two target groups even better.

Digital design system

YoungOnes has a powerful brand identity with a vibrant corporate identity. We bring this to life digitally with interactive and visual components in a digital design system. Consistency is essential here, so YoungOnes itself can deploy these digital elements without technical know-how.

The challenge lies in appealing to two audiences: mobile-focused Gen Z freelancers and desktop-using businesses. To serve both groups, we added an example not-to-be-missed switch to the navigation.
