Digital Designer (UX/UI) & Producer

About your role

As a Digital Designer & Producer, you’ll work with Daan, Ewoud, Eve, and Roos on our design team to create clear, well-thought-out interfaces that truly delight users. Together, we’ll translate ideas from strategic sessions into strong visual solutions and concrete UX/UI designs. You’ll work closely with our developers and other designers on the team. You’ll also oversee your own projects, ensuring we maintain direct communication with our clients. We brainstorm frequently, give each other feedback, and work together to ensure that what we create not only looks good but also makes sense and works effectively. Your work plays a key role in this: you ensure that our products are logical, user-friendly, and visually strong, from the initial wireframe to the fully developed design system in Figma.

What do we expect from you?

• You are available between 32 and 40 hours.
• You have more than two years of experience at an agency or similar organization.
• You have a degree in Media Design, Communication & Multimedia Design, Creative Business, or a related field.
• You know the ins and outs of Figma and the Adobe Suite package.
• You have a keen eye for small details and make sure every element in a design is right.
• You understand the balance between usability and visual appeal and can make pragmatic decisions to create an optimal user experience.
• You have project management skills, with a good overview of schedule and deadlines. You can distinguish main and secondary issues and ensure a structured approach.
• You can justify your choices and design decisions to clients and explain clearly why certain choices were made. You dare to be critical and take constructive positions.
• You are able to work independently within a design team and take responsibility for your own projects.
